Choosing a name can be one of the toughest (and most fun) decisions that new parents have to make. It’s something that your tiny person will have forever, it’s one of the first things people will ask, and it will have the greatest meaning.
I loved naming my son. Although his first name is fairly common (I’ve loved it for many years) his middle name is a bit more unique, but not unheard of which I love!
I’m not against popular names, but it is nice to have a name that is your own. When my husband and I took our Bradley Method Natural Childbirth Class there were a total of 6 partners with the name Michael or Mike (my husband included). Humorous as it was, that’s a lot of Mikes! For my own children, I prefer names that have a more artsy flair and convey a free spirit.

And of course, there’s no reason you can’t choose a name from the girl list for your little man or viceversa.
Did you name your child something off of this list? Would you name your child one of these names or do you prefer something more traditional? What would you add?
Great list!
Our daughter is 10 months old now and we called her Wren Holly.
Beautiful!
