I spend a good 1-3 hours per day pumping, particularly during the weekday. By far, our biggest obstacle in our breastfeeding journey has been low supply, and I’ve found emptying my breast often helps me to produce milk. If you’ve ever pumped, you know this is a really boring task. At least with nursing, you may or may not have one hand free, and if not you at least are looking at a cute baby. Pumping however, always left me stuck in one spot with 1 or both hands hold flanges on my breasts. Not a productive way to spend 30 minutes of time – especially when you have a desk job and blog.
All that changed however, when I got a Simple Wishes Pumping Bra. I’m free to get work done, browse my phone, read a book or whatever as the bra does the hard work of holding my flanges in place. I can’t tell you how much I love this thing! For a full review check out Latched On Mom’s review of the Simple Wishes Signature Hands Free Pumping Bra.
